What a beautiful weekend we had here! Gorgeous fall colors, sunny and good temps!
Take a peek inside what our weekend held!
Last Thursday – 39 weeks!
As I’ve mentioned, fall in MN is absolutely gorgeous! Every morning I awake to the sun shining brightly through the trees and the leaves sparkling!
We were blessed this past week with an abundance of flaky, buttery croissants and have enjoyed them for breakfast (lunch & dinner!)… Accompanied by my favorite Pumpkin Latte, this egg & cheese croissant breakfast was scrumptious!
Along with the bakery goods, we also got a stock of bananas which I froze half of and made Banana Bread with the other! Perfectly baked! YUMM.
On Sunday we decided to have our annual trip to the apple orchard. After failing miserably on Friday to try a new one – we went to Aamodt’s in Stillwater. It was packed as usual on a weekend but that made it all the more fun! We had a picnic in the orchard of apple brats & cider, then ventured around, took pics, enjoyed the sunshine and people watching!
BEST part of the apple orchard (& fall according to K) is the chilled Apple Cider…
first sip of the year is always the most amazing!
Nature doing it’s thing… K liked the ants… pretty cool to capture.

After Aamodt’s we spent the afternoon babysitting our 3 nephews!
B & E enjoying their window perch!
What a fabulous weekend! It was perfect! We ended our weekend by worshiping God with our community at Upper Room. If you’ve never been in a room full of people who are passionate about Jesus and singing worship to Him with their full hearts – come visit! It’s truly a glimpse of what Heaven will be like. We are so blessed and thankful to be a part of such a community of Christ followers.
Baby girl is still doing her thing and we wait for her arrival!
Hope you had a fun weekend and are off to a great start this week!
